She focuses her practice on providing legal representation to Hispanic clients that have become injured in a car accident as a result of the negligence of others. In 2018, The National Trial Lawyers Association recognized Jany as one of the top attorneys in the state and among the top 40 under 40 attorneys.

Throughout her career, she has been committed to advocating on behalf of Hispanics and creating awareness of changing local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding auto accidents, as well as providing legal representation when needed.

What started as a small operation with a foldout table and a laptop quickly grew into something much larger.
At The Ward Law Group, Jany leads the Pre-Litigation department, guiding
clients through paperwork, counseling, and settlement negotiations with
insurers to secure fair compensation. She manages 15 managers and over 140
employees, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
By age 36, Jany has helped the firm serve thousands of clients and recover
over $500 million, including a confidential settlement exceeding $100 million.
Under her leadership, the firm has grown 40–50% annually over the past eight
years and recently expanded into New York, with plans to reach the Northeast,
Southwest, and Texas.

The Ward Law Group also sponsors an orphanage, and a school in Nicaragua for the most vulnerable children. Nicaraguan children are provided with food, housing, education, medical care, and spiritual guidance. In India, The Ward Law Group provides food, healthcare, spiritual guidance, and Bibles to impoverished families living in a small rural towns in India.
