What Makes Gregory Ward Different

Greg’s approach to personal injury law is shaped by experience on both sides of the system. After years representing insurance companies, he understands how they evaluate claims and how to challenge them effectively to protect his clients.
He has built a firm where communication is a priority, ensuring clients are never left confused or in the dark about their case.
Under his leadership, the firm has achieved over 40% annual growth, secured dozens of multi-million-dollar results, including a case exceeding $100 million, and helped thousands of clients navigate complex claims with confidence.
His work has earned recognition from The National Trial Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Florida Trend, and he is a frequent speaker on law firm growth, leadership, and faith-driven success.
For Greg, the difference is simple, it’s not just about winning cases, it’s about standing up for people when it matters most.
Awards and Recognitions
In 2012, He Founded Ward Law
with His Wife, Jany
What started as a small operation with a foldout table and a laptop quickly grew into something much larger.
Greg and Jany didn’t just build a law firm, they built a system designed to serve Spanish-speaking clients at the highest level, combining clear communication, cultural understanding, and strong legal representation while maintaining a personal connection with every client they serve.
Today, that system supports a team of over 200 professionals across multiple countries, many of whom speak second or third languages, allowing Ward Law to represent Spanish-speaking clients nationwide with clarity, precision, and care. As the firm continues to expand into new markets, the focus remains the same: reaching more families, breaking down language barriers, and delivering the level of service every client deserves.
“Wherever Spanish-speakers need a lawyer... we will be there.”
“It is rare to find a personal injury law firm where over 97% of our client-facing staff speak Spanish. Our firm has been able to fill a void. It has truly been a blessing to be able to serve the Hispanic community and provide the legal representation that they need.”
